No Flakes!

  • This is a non-flaking formula when applied lightly and with prior leave-in conditioner or hair oil application.
  • Super heavy applications without our compatible conditioners may or may not end up flaking.
  • Gives a stiffer hold to accentuate hair body and definition.
  • Especially useful for curly and textured hair types.

NO SCENT OF ANY KIND WAS ADDED AS AN INGREDIENT TO THIS PRODUCT!

However, this product was made in our one and only facility where we manufacture all of our products (scented and unscented). Therefore, atmospheric scent may or may not transfer over at a detectable level to any unscented product.

We take every precaution possible to reduce surface-level atmospheric scent transfers by:

  • Using extra manufacturing tools ONLY for unscented products.
  • Our “unscented” manufacturing tools are stored in completely separate containers.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing ALL manufacturing tools and surfaces between each batch.
  • NEVER letting our unscented products touch our scented products (either directly or indirectly)!

Please keep in mind that our shipping supplies are stored in our same small business facility where we make scented products, so they may have an atmospheric scent transfer.

If any atmospheric scent is detected by sensitive buyers, we recommend to allow the atmospheric scent transfer to dissipate:

  1.  Remove the unscented products from all shipping materials and any materials around the product.
  2.  Let the unscented product sit out naked (for a few days to a few weeks) in a dry atmosphere devoid of any scent with good air flow.
  3.  Once you start using the unscented product, even the most sensitive users may not notice the surface-level atmospheric scent transfer disappears.

Store in a room-temperature, dry place out of direct sunlight.

We recommend using within 1 year of first use for best results, as scents and contents fade and break down faster over time once disturbed.

  1. CONDITION: Make sure you use plenty of our conditioner after washing with our shampoo soap. Apply our leave-in de-tangling spray or hair oil to reduce any chance of dry flakes before applying gel. This will also give a “softer” look and feel. Use caution when trying to combine with any other brand’s haircare products, some brands are NOT compatible with others! We recommend sticking to using only Perma-Earth products on the hair.
  2. APPLICATION: After conditioning, pump desired amount of gel into hand, then rub this small amount of together in hands to create a creamy consistency. You may also mix in a generous amount of water or our mousse for a softer look. Apply gel to damp or lightly conditioned hair with your hands evenly throughout. Repeat as needed, using minimal amount to attain your look. Style as usual. WARNING: This gel will not give hair a “soft” look, it is made for a “wet/hard” look! If you are looking for a “soft” and “pliable” definition, try using this with our mousse or leave-in de-tangling spray.
  3. WASH OUT: This gel will leave your hair especially soft and stronger than before! When you are ready to wash your hair, use PERMA-EARTH shampoo soaps to cleanse and PERMA-EARTH conditioner bars (which can be turned into liquid) to finish.

    I have gray naturally curly hair, type 3 curls. I react to a lot of products’ ingredients, including organic brands. I was excited to try this product. This does a great job keeping everything in place. And the other reviews are correct, your hair will be very soft when you wash it out.

    Amazing hair gel !! Had this in mind to purchase for a while as I veered away from using any products in my hair and was so happy to see this become a product. A little goes a long way and leaves hair so soft. Can’t recommend enough as for hair gels

    I finally made the jump from my old hair gel with a lot of ingredients I couldn’t pronounce to this fabulous leave in styling gel. I’m SO happy with the results 🙂 Great ingredient list of course – but I use my gel to pull my hair back in a slick ponytail and this works really, really well. Use a little bit for styling or more like I am doing for an all day, rock solid hold. SO happy I finally took the plunge and switched to this gel 🙂 🙂 :). Next up – changing my shampoo and conditioner 🙂

    I’ve tried many products, including Shea Moisture, but this glass bottle leave-in conditioner with aloe vera, suet tallow, and castor oil truly stands out. It has transformed my curly hair, making it soft, defined, and frizz-free. It’s not only more effective than Shea Moisture, but the glass packaging is a fantastic bonus. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
