Hover your face over a big bowl of hot water, drop in a sinus steamer, put a towel over your head and the bowl to create a “vapor tent”. Reuse again for later! Pop it in the microwave or reheat on stovetop in a safe saucepan.

Tent method:
If you want to get the best experience from these sinus steamers – dissolve 1 steamer in a large bowl of warm/hot water. Hover your nose above it. Put a towel over your head and the bowl. Reheat the bowl for multiple uses.
Shower Method:
Unwrap steamer. Place on floor of shower away from direct water spray. Allow water to slowly mist onto steamer and breathe vapors in deeply as you shower until the product dissolves. Works best with warm or hot water to help vapors travel through the air and sinuses.

Enjoyed the one I bought. Opened up my sinus. Make sure to drop it in when your in the shower. If you drop it in with out being there you’ll miss the benefit because it’ll dissolve fairly quick. Happy to see they come in a pack now. Will reorder once January comes that’s usually our cold season, and we’ll need them for the entire family!
