- Hydrolyzed Keratin – Unlike harmful protein and keratin chemical treatments, adding keratin to your conditioner actually helps to strengthen the hair: helping to prevent breakage, split-ends, and hair shaft weakness. Keratin is also one of the building blocks of hair.
- Hydrolyzed Collagen – is a natural emollient with superior moisturization for your hair and scalp. Collagen protein is also one of the building blocks of hair, our collagen is marine-sourced. The reason why hair experiences bad frizz in humid environments is that the hair has been stripped to the point of damage (by normal detergent shampoos) and not moisturized enough: the hair then draws any (polluted) moisture from the atmosphere it can reach – causing untamable frizz. A non-negotiable 3% handling fee which includes required shipping insurance is now automatically added to every order during checkout for coverage in cases of lost or damaged packages (please see full policies for all details on these processes). This is due to the fact that postal services have decreased in quality to the point of where we need to physically drive and drop off the packages at the counter to get a receipt for verification as the postal service no longer verifies over five (5) package pickups from any business throughout our state of Indiana (and in other states as well). The postal services are also now requiring the receiver to bring in entire damaged package for any item damage claims, handing them over to the postal service for further inspection. We feel this is unreasonable for all parties, so instead we can simply replace/refund those instances with these fees. Also if a package is finally ruled as lost (which has become more common everywhere) we will be able to replace/refund those with a swiftness that postal claim processes do not allow. We automatically cover any item that is damaged during transit with photo proof within 7 days of postal delivery confirmation on tracking. If a product is defective we will gladly refund or replace with your proof – this is up to our discretion according to our shop refund policies.
We gladly accept returns on any unused items within 30 days of purchase or delivery, in which the return costs must be covered by the customer and may be subject to a -10% restock fee. Please note that it is up to our discretion on whether or not the item is returned in acceptable condition: we will communicate with you if not to our standards when we receive the return(s). Any return shipping costs are covered by the customer if returning an unused and non-defective item. We cannot refund any shipping costs once the order has been shipped unless something happens to the package such as a damage or a loss. We are not liable for any unpaid customs fees, duty taxes, or postal rejections for international orders. If a package or item is returned to us in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund subject to a -10% restocking fee. All returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a coupon code sent to the email address associated with the order. We cannot accept online order exchanges with unused returns.
You may cancel your order in your account orders before the order has been processed to ship and before 24 hours from time of order. Please note that it can take us only minutes to pull, pack, and ship your order during peak business hours if we are not backed up. We offer scent strength and intensity on the details of every product’s listing online. Please do not purchase a product described as medium-to-strong scented if you are known to be sensitive to stronger scents. Please do not purchase a scent that is described as light-to-medium if you only want a strong scent. We are not able to process refunds on used products based solely on scent dissatisfaction. Even 100% natural products with light amount of scent can cause sensitivity in some users.

Undetermined – this product is very shelf-stable and can last a few years from manufacture date (on price tag) before going rancid as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Please do not attempt to refrigerate to preserve as this can hasten expiry with condensation once thawed.
We do recommend using within 1 year of purchase for best results, as scents and contents do fade and break down over time.

Many of our water-based body products contain phenoxyethanol as an effective and safe preservative with little to no side effects when used in the proper amounts. While phenoxyethanol is a nature-identical compound found in plants like green tea leaves and is shown to be completely safe to use at 1% in organic body products (we use it at 1% for water-based products to prevent the growth of harmful mold and bacteria), this substance must be used with caution around nursing infants. Infants and babies under 3 years old should NOT have any chance of ingesting this substance into their oral cavity. 95% of the products we offer are made without water, therefore we do not need to use water-based liquid preservatives in them. Water will breed mold and bacteria at alarming rates without using an effective preservative and many of the “natural preservatives” out there use other synthetic chemical ingredients as the main preservative and will hide under a more “granola crunch” name. Please keep in mind that we choose to be an open and honest company that uses relatively effective and safe preservatives in the FDA recommended amounts. We do not choose to hide any breakdown of ingredients, including the real effective preservatives in our (very few) water-based products. Please keep this in mind as you compare other water-based body products with ours. Really question the actual ingredient names and research them for yourselves or ask the manufacturer for the full break-down. This product was made in our one and only facility where we manufacture all of our products (scented and unscented). Atmospheric scent may or may not transfer to a detectable level over to any unscented product.
We thoroughly clean all manufacturing tools between each use and keep our unscented products completely separate from our scented products (not touching).
Product will touch our packaging boxes, papers, and fillings that have been also sitting in our same small business facility where we make scented products.
If any atmospheric scent is detected by sensitive buyers, we recommend to let the unscented product sit for a few days to a few weeks in a dry atmosphere devoid of any scent with good air flow to allow any atmospheric smells to dissipate. Usually after the first use, the atmospheric smell transfers will dissipate.
According to our policies that all buyers must agree to upon checkout: we only accept returns for unused products within 30 days of delivery and buyer must cover all return shipping costs. No shipping costs from original order or return will be refunded.
