Shipping Policies

Order delivery estimates are based on the date of shipment, NOT when the order was placed. We have a strict policy of shipping out all orders within 72 business hours after completed checkout and payment processing (excluding holidays and special circumstances such as a problem with the order).

We cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, it is necessary to do so before processing is complete and within 24 hours of placement in your account orders. Please note that we can process orders within minutes during peak business hours (8am-2pm EST). Your payment method will automatically be refunded minus a –10% cancellation fee once cancellation request is complete. You may call us at 812 414 9735 to request a full refund cancellation in store credit if your order has not been pulled yet.

You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of placement OR if your package is processed to shipped status.

You should receive an order confirmation email immediately for your records, save or print for your records as we do not print invoices check below to make sure that your email address is correct, if it is incorrect contact us immediately.

If you do not see the first order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. When you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as NOT Spam to receive our future emails about your order in your inbox as usual! If you cannot find your order confirmation email and would like to make sure we received your order, you may contact us to confirm your order.

Within 3 business days of your order confirmation email, you should also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking and estimated delivery information. Once your order has been delivered successfully, you will also receive a delivery confirmation email. If your email address or any other information was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for any information entered incorrectly by the buyer or stolen packages marked as delivered, these instances are not covered by any insurance we offer. We are also not responsible for any customs fees or postal rejection issues for overseas or international shipments (these are different for every region), but we will do our best to catch anything that our system does not recognize: contacting you immediately and holding your order until we hear back from you.

We do accept returns for unused products sent back to us within 30 days of delivery in which the buyer is responsible for return shipment, refunded in store credit subject to a -10% restock fee. If there is a shipment issue and the package is returned to us, we will manually process any refund (minus shipping costs and a -10% restock fee) as store credit sent to your order’s email.
