We are sorry if you were unsatisfied with our product or service! We do process refunds for any reason listed below (click for more information):
Qualifying Returns (within 30 business days of delivery)
Damaged or Defective Items (within 15 business days of original delivery date)
Lost Package (within 15 business days of original delivery date)
Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
We DO NOT refund/replace packages that are marked as “delivered” or lost packages that the customer gave incorrect information on (i.e. wrong address, incomplete address, etc.) Scammers will try to claim refunds for packages like this, and no insurance will cover these things. If you made a mistake and did not contact us in time before shipment, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. In both cases you will need to contact your shipping provider to resolve this matter.
In the rase case of incorrect address input mentioned above, a package may be returned to sender (us) if the postal carrier inclines. If the package is returned to us within 30 days of original estimated delivery date, we will refund the items!
How Will I Be Refunded?
60 days or less from a successful return, damaged/defective package confirmation, or lost package delivery date, all returns will be credited to the original form of payment; if for some reason we cannot refund via the original form of payment, an E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you at the email address associated with the original order. If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
