Refund Policy

We are sorry if you are unsatisfied with our product or service! We do offer refunds as store credit subject to our policies listed below (click bold type for more information):

Qualifying Returns (within 30 days of delivery)

Damaged or Defective Items (within 15 days of delivery date)

Lost Package (on insured packages within 15 days of original latest estimated delivery date)

We cannot credit/replace packages on which incorrect information was given (i.e. wrong address, incomplete address, etc.) even on insured packages. If a purchaser inputted incorrect shipping information and did not contact us in time before shipment, they will need to contact the postage provider with their tracking number to request “return to sender” before it is delivered to an incorrect address. If the incorrect address does not exist, the postal service might return to sender without intervention. If the package is returned back to us successfully, we will refund the product amount minus the cost of shipping and a- 25% restocking fee. If the package was delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot provide a replacement or refund even on insured packages.

If you cannot find you tracking number, please contact us and we can provide it to you based on your order number or order name and date.


How Will I Be Refunded?

60 days or less from the order or delivery date, all returns will be credited as in-store credit in the form of a coupon code. A coupon code will be issued and emailed to you at the email address associated with the original order once the return and refund process is complete. You will be able to use your in-store credit refund immediately. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your in-store credit and coupon code issuance.
