Please know that we want to remain fair to everyone in the process of making, selling, purchasing, and using our products. If any unfavorable event arises, we want to hear from you! We are open to any suggestions to improve our policies with respect to the consumers (all of you) as well as the manufacturers (all of us). We ask that you please review our small business policies before purchasing. As a health-centered bath and body company, we are consistently working towards giving others the desire and ability to go back to more traditional body-care products for the long-term benefits. Please keep in mind that these policies were put into place to protect all parties involved from presumptuous exploitations. These policies exist to keep ourselves in-tact so that we can always supply our loyal customers with products inspired by historical lifestyles and modern-day advancements infused with innovative creativity. Our ultimate goal is to exude a business ethic focused on respectfully and responsibly helping others for years and years to come.

All customers are treated with fairness and equal respect to each other according to our policies: no customer is given any special privileges to break our policies.

A non-negotiable 3% handling fee which includes required shipping insurance is now automatically added to every order during checkout for coverage in cases of lost or damaged packages (please see full policies for all details on these processes). This is due to the fact that postal services have decreased in quality to the point of where we need to physically drive and drop off the packages at the counter to get a receipt for verification as the postal service no longer verifies over five (5) package pickups from any business throughout our state of Indiana (and in other states as well). The postal services are also now requiring the receiver to bring in entire damaged package for any item damage claims, handing them over to the postal service for further inspection. We feel this is unreasonable for all parties, so instead we can simply replace/refund those instances with these fees. Also if a package is finally ruled as lost (which has become more common everywhere) we will be able to replace/refund  those with a swiftness that postal claim processes do not allow. We automatically cover any item that is damaged during transit with photo proof within 7 days of postal delivery confirmation on tracking. If a product is defective we will gladly refund or replace with your proof – this is up to our discretion according to our shop refund policies.

We gladly accept returns on any unused items within 30 days of purchase or delivery, in which the return costs must be covered by the customer and may be subject to a -10% restock fee. Please note that it is up to our discretion on whether or not the item is returned in acceptable condition: we will communicate with you if not to our standards when we receive the return(s). Any return shipping costs are covered by the customer if returning an unused and non-defective item. We cannot refund any shipping costs once the order has been shipped unless something happens to the package such as a damage or a loss. We are not liable for any unpaid customs fees, duty taxes, or postal rejections for international orders. If a package or item is returned to us in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund subject to a -10% restocking fee. All returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a coupon code sent to the email address associated with the order. We cannot accept online order exchanges with unused returns.

You may cancel your order in your account orders before the order has been processed to ship and before 24 hours from time of order. Please note that it can take us only minutes to pull, pack, and ship your order during peak business hours if we are not backed up. These cancellations are subject to a -10% cancellation fee, you may contact us by calling 812 414 9735 to cancel your order for a chance for a full refund if we have not pulled the order yet.

We are not responsible or liable for any individual’s unique reaction to using our products (with correct or incorrect use): each consumer uses our products at their own personal risk and all ingredients are made available to the consumer to read in every product listing’s ingredients and/or description. We highly recommend testing a small area, and then using the product to its full intended extent if no reaction occurs.

Before applying any new product to an area, please apply to a small trial area first and wait at least an hour or up to a day before full application. Before using on children or pregnant women, please contact your pediatrician and/or obstetrician to inquire about their approval of using any product.

We are not liable for misuse of a product without respect of our warnings or precautions and we believe it is the consumer’s responsibility to be aware of any unique sensitivities or necessary precautions they must take for their or their dependent’s body. As long as the manufacturer (we) are formulating and manufacturing product in accordance with the official scientific standards, as we do our diligent research to achieve, we cannot be held responsible for any unique reactions one may have. We are not responsible for any unique reactions to an oil or other ingredient as we have them all listed in the item’s online listing for the consumer’s knowledge. Please do let us know of any negative reaction as we file feedback in detailed records and we will do what we can to make it right with respect to our policies and severity of the reaction.

If there is a product defect, please contact us immediately with proof and we will do whatever we can to make it right. Please remember to take photos to share with us, we will need them for any visible claims.

Make sure to sniff long and deep before using the product – If you are dissatisfied with the scent, please return it to us for a full refund of the unused product! We cannot cover nor refund any shipping or return costs unless a product is defective with respect to our policies and to our discretion with provided proof.

We offer scent strength and intensity on the details of every product’s listing online. Please do not purchase a product described as medium-to-strong scented if you are known to be sensitive to stronger scents. Please do not purchase a scent that is described as light-to-medium if you only want a strong scent. We are not able to process refunds on used products based solely on scent dissatisfaction. Even 100% natural products with light amount of scent can cause sensitivity in some users.
