Our gift wrapping includes an outer shipping package protecting the wrapped box inside, which holds any number of items you want!
When the outer shipping box is opened, the receiver will see their wrapped box and special stamp. Inside the wrapped box they will find informational cards in an envelope and an optional personalized message on another small card on top of their gift items.
If not specified, we will gift wrap the entire order. **If some items in your order are separate from the gift-wrapped items, please describe that in your order note or place 2 separate orders!**
We use newly recycled crinkle paper, cellulose tape, plastic-free wrapping paper, and ribbon ♡ We carefully organize all items so that they are nestled with appeal inside the box.
We have a variety of wrapping paper prints to fit your theme. Please let us know if you have any specific preferences at the end of checkout in your order note.
All of our packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable. We will gladly include a personal message if you will send us what to relay in your order note at the end of checkout.
Please choose insured USA shipping during checkout for coverage in cases of lost, damaged, missing, or stolen packages (please see full policies for details). We cannot provide insurance for international orders.
We automatically cover any shipment that is damaged during transit with photo proof within 7 days of postal delivery confirmation on tracking.
If a product is defective we will gladly refund or replace – this is up to our discretion according to our shop refund policies.
We gladly accept returns on any unused items with 30 days of purchase or delivery, which may be subject to a -10% restock fee. Please note that it is up to our discretion on whether or not the item is returned in acceptable condition: we will communicate with you if not to our standards when we receive the return(s).
Any return shipping costs are covered by the customer if returning an unused item that is not damaged nor defective (these are defined to our discretion).
We cannot refund any shipping costs once the order has been shipped. We are not liable for any non-paid customs fees or postal rejections. If package is returned to us in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund subject to a -10% restocking fee.
All returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a coupon code sent to the email address associated with the order.
We cannot accept online order exchanges with unused returns.
You may cancel your order in your account orders before the order has been processed to ship and before 24 hours from time of order. Please note that it can take us only minutes to pull, pack, and ship your order during peak business hours if we are not backed up. These cancellations are subject to a -10% cancellation fee, you may contact us by calling 812 414 9735 to cancel your order for a chance for a full refund if we have not pulled the order yet.

We are not responsible or liable for any individual’s unique reaction to using our products (with correct or incorrect use): each consumer uses products at their own personal risk. We highly recommend testing a small area and then using the product to its full intended extent unless or until a negative reaction occurs.
Before applying any new product to an area, please apply to a small trial area first and wait at least an hour or up to a day before full application.

We are not liable for misuse of a product without respect of our warnings or precautions, please note that it is the consumer’s responsibility to be aware of any unique sensitivities or necessary precautions they must take for their or their dependent’s body. We are not responsible for any unique reactions to an oil or other ingredient as we have them all listed in the item’s online listing for the customer’s knowledge. Please do let us know of any extreme reaction as we appreciate feedback and we will do what we can to make it right with respect to our policies and severity of the reaction.
If there is something wrong with the product, contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to make it right with reasonable respect to our policies. Please remember to take photos to share with us, we will need them for any visible claims. Please use caution when using our products and reach out to us before making a purchase if you are unsure about its correct use or ingredients.
Make sure to sniff long and deep before using the product – If you are dissatisfied with the scent, please return it to us for a full refund of the unused product!
We offer scent strength and intensity on the details of every product’s listing online. Please do not purchase a product described as medium-to-strong scented if you are known to be sensitive to stronger scents. We are not able to process refunds on used products based solely on scent dissatisfaction. Even 100% natural products with light amount of scent can cause sensitivity in some users.
