Can I add something to my order?
If your order has been marked as shipped and you have received an email with tracking information, then we cannot alter your order as it is now in the carrier’s hands.
If your order has not been shipped yet to your knowledge, CONTACT US as soon as possible with your order number or name. There are 2 things we can do:
**If you reach us before your order is shipped, your order will be on hold for 24 hours or until we hear back from you in regards to option 1 or 2.**
We cancel and refund your 1st order minus a 10% restocking fee if your order has already been packed so that you may place a complete order. Refunds will be seen back in the buyer’s payment method within 1-7 business days potentially minus a 10% restocking fee.
**No items will be held for you once you have cancelled your 1st order, all items are restocked at the same time as refund on the website store. These items will be up for grabs by any customer shopping on the site. This is important for high-demand or low-stock items, that you place your new order as soon as possible.**
We can hold your 1st order for an additional 24 hours so you can place additional orders within that timeframe. All orders to the same address placed during the 24 hour timeframe will be combined with the 1st order. If an additional order is not placed, we ship out your 1st order as usual after the 24 hour period is up. You only have the 24 hour period to place additional orders for combining.
**Shipping charges on multiple combined orders will not be refunded or adjusted to the buyer.**
