Can I add something to my order?

If your order has been marked as shipped and you have received an email with tracking information, then we cannot alter your order as it is now in the carrier’s hands.

If your order has not been shipped yet to your knowledge, CONTACT US as soon as possible with your order number or name. The best way to do this is to call us at 812 414 9735

**IF you reach us before your order is shipped, your order will be on hold for 24 hours or until we hear back from you in regards to option 1 or 2.**

If your order has NOT been pulled/packed by the time we hear from you, we can hold your order up to 24 hours so you can place another order for combining and we will refund the difference in shipping costs. Please place your second order within the 24 hour time limit or else we will continue with pulling/packing the first order. You may also cancel your order in your account minus a 10% restocking fee, or contact us to cancel your order for a full refund we haven’t pulled/packed the order yet.

If your order has already been pulled/packed, we can cancel and refund your first order minus a 10% restocking fee as store credit sent to your email, so that you may place another order as soon as possible.

**No items will be held for you once your your first order is cancelled, all items are restocked at the same time as refund on the website store. We will be sure to send your store credit refund within minutes of cancellation and restock. However, once restocked, these items will be up for grabs by any customer shopping on the site. This is important for high-demand or low-stock items, that you place your new order as soon as possible.**
