Thank you for shopping with Perma-Earth Bath + Body! The Shipping Options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped to Canada. Scroll to the bottom of this page for additional shipping guidelines. For order shipping outside of Canada, view our U.S. shipping options (at this time we only ship to U.S. and Canada locations).

Delivery time frames are determined from the day of package shipment, NOT on the day of order placement. Subject to change based on seasonal or emergency postal delays and carrier (USPS or UPS) chosen at checkout.

NOTE: Items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security at border crossing points. Overnight shipping is not available for shipments to Canada.

Shipping & handling charges are paid for during checkout.

Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. EST Monday – Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Federal Holidays are observed.

By ordering goods from Perma-Earth Bath + Body LLC, I hereby agree to pay for any additional customs fees and customs costs not accessed during checkout purchase or lose access to my package without refund. I accept the shipment restrictions of my country and any consequences attempting to break those restrictions. In no way do I hold Perma-Earth LLC responsible for non-trackable packages because I had the option to select tracking during checkout. I am aware that no insurance is available for international packages in the cases of lost or delayed deliveries. Perma-Earth LLC will do all that is possible to make amends for lost or significantly delayed deliveries.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the order is packed, the shipping label is printed and attached, and the postal carrier picks up the package . For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been successfully submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Perma-Earth Bath + Body will select your method of delivery when purchasing your shipping labels.

Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of order placement. Shipping & handling is a taxable service.

Certain beauty products containing alcohol or other restricted substances are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Perma-Earth Bath + Body. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
